POaW displays photos from your Photo Library or pasted from the clipboard. It displays your photos overlaid foreground photo on top of background photo. You can then adjust the position of the photos, the zoom size of the photos, the opacity of the photos, you can flip the photos along their center axis, and you can rotate the photos around their center.
You can share the resulting image your Photo Library or to message or mail, print the image, share the image with various apps that show up on your Apple share menu.
Privacy note: This app does not ask permission to see your Photos Library. It only sees the photos you load into the program to overlay. The app never sees any photos other than the ones you pick and only uses those for overlay, then forgets.
Two photos go in. One photo comes out. Simple.
